Location request privacy.

Information you provide

When you submit a location request, the form may collect your name, company or property, email, phone number, location, property type, estimated traffic, access details, current vending status, product interests, and the message you choose to provide.

How the information is used

The information is used to evaluate whether a location may be a fit for vending service, understand site requirements, recommend equipment or product mix, and follow up about the request. Stellar Vending Co. does not need sensitive personal information for this process.

Storage

When Firebase lead storage is enabled, form submissions are stored in the Firebase project used by Stellar Vending Co. Access should be restricted to authorized project administrators. If online lead storage is temporarily unavailable, the website may save an unsent draft in the submitting browser so the visitor is not forced to retype the request.

Sharing

Location-request information is not intended to be sold. It may be processed by service providers used to operate the website and business systems, such as Firebase/Google Cloud.

Business contact information can be added here when Stellar Vending Co. publishes its dedicated customer-service email or phone number.
